Guarantees & Deposits
We generally require reservations to be guaranteed with a deposit of 20% of the total accommodation cost, to be paid by cheque.

Cancellations
We regret that due to our limited number of rooms it is necessary to impose charges for short notice cancellations. In the event of cancellation of more than 14 days in advance of arrival no charge is taken. Within 14 days we will retain the entire deposit unless we can relet the room, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
We commit to doing our utmost to relet cancelled rooms and to refunding deposits wherever possible.
